WE WON! Garner Town Council Hears Community and Unanimously Votes “NO” On Monster Development

After nearly 2 years of organizing from Colonial Heights and the surrounding community, countless emails and phone calls to Garner Town Councilmembers and Planning Commission members, and repeated public comments at Council Meetings, our voices have been heard! On Tuesday, January 16, 2024 Garner Town Council voted unanimously against a monster development where 401 Par Golf used to operate.

This is a HUGE WIN in a fight that seemed insurmountable many times!
