As we grow our team, we are so grateful to volunteers who can be our eyes, ears and voices on-the-ground. We’re looking for help with the following:
Monitoring: Keeping an eye on your community and reporting any natural properties, especially those that are for sale or have been submitted for rezoning/development
Community organizing: Spreading the word about proposed developments to your neighbors, hosting meetings, and organizing a response
Social media
Biological monitoring: Conducting bio blitzes on natural properties (with landowner’s approval)
Fundraising and grant writing for DLAD
Any other skills you want to bring!
